Rehabilitative Services

  • Physical Therapy Evaluation

During an initial evaluation, there are several factors to consider: an athlete’s injury history, movement patterns, training experience, sport-specific needs, and personal goals. We take the time to get to know you with 1-on-1 sessions. From evaluation and treatment to exercise prescription, we are present 100% of the time ensuring proper form and retention.

After your initial evaluation, your therapist will recommend a treatment schedule based on the severity of your injury.

& Yes! We get right into treatment on the first day.

Other Preventative Services

  • ACL Injury Prevention Training

As ACL injuries become more prominent among youth athletes, we are passionate about not just rehabbing injuries, but preventing them. It is our priority as Doctors of Sports Physical Therapy to decrease injury risk during these developmental and competitive years.

ACL injuries are a result of non-contact forces. A sudden force while cutting around the crease, dodging a defender or accelerating after a whistle blow can place the knee in an injury prone position, especially with poor underlying form and control. This is why we train the controllable factors.

  • Team Injury Prevention

At Will Power PT, we are passionate not only about sports rehab, but injury prevention. Book your team for a warm up or cool down session with us. Each training session is sport specific and educational. We structure our training based on the needs of an athlete’s position, skill level, and injury risk. Starting with fundamental movement prep and advancing to single leg plyometrics and landing mechanics, we ensure proper form to enhance overall performance.
